I’ve been seeing Steve weekly since April 2025, and working with him has been a genuinely positive and impactful experience. From the beginning, he has made it easy to feel comfortable being open, honest, and fully myself in sessions. His approach is a great balance of psychology, brain science, and sociology. He does an excellent job explaining how the brain processes different situations, while also helping me understand how my environment, stress, anxiety, and external triggers play a role in my struggles. More importantly, he helps me anticipate those triggers and gives me practical tools to handle them when they arise. Steve has also been incredibly helpful in addiction counseling. Without going into detail, it’s clear he has both professional expertise and personal understanding in this area, which makes his guidance feel grounded, relatable, and real. I feel like I can tell him anything, and each week we work together to navigate challenges and make steady progress. I highly recommend Steve to anyone dealing with addiction (alcohol or substance use), as well as anxiety, depression, or the everyday struggles that come with life. He’s thoughtful, knowledgeable, and truly cares about helping his clients move forward.

Steve is my counselor and my iop teacher. He has been so welcoming and patient with me through my truma and substance abuse history. I have been very fortunate to have been able to be part of his business. I wish I would have found him sooner! He has given me a safe place to talk and cry. I know he's hundred percent here to help and lead me in a direction were I can live the best part of my life.
