Serenity Mental Health Centers - Biltmore

Serenity Mental Health Center at Biltmore is the best mental health place I’ve ever been to, and ive been getting mental health services for 19 years now. Dr. Naomi Park is the best psychiatrist I have ever had; she listens with genuine interest and care, is kind, effective at her job, and communicates in a gentle manner. She is a wonderful human being and I wish her all the happiness and good fortune in the world.

I’ve been working with Serenity Health for a little over a year now. I originally started treatment at their Gilbert location, and when I moved, I was able to switch to the Biltmore location, which was super convenient since they have multiple offices. Gilbert was a good experience, but I truly can’t say enough kind words about the staff at the Biltmore location. My psychiatrist, Laura, is phenomenal. She takes the time to really listen, addresses the issues at hand, and genuinely works with you to create a clear path forward. Her approach doesn’t just focus on the immediate problem, it also helps you build the tools to grow, improve, and overcome what you’re dealing with. You can tell she truly cares and wants the best for her patients. I also want to recognize the rest of the team. Every time I come in, I’m greeted with a warm smile and treated with kindness. The Biltmore office has an amazing staff, and it’s clear they’ve built a really great team. I feel lucky to have found them. ☺️🙌🏼🙌🏼
