Everything is fine until they just up and switch providers without asking you if who you would like to see. Then said provider runs 45 minutes late and threatens you that they won't refill your meds unless you stay for the appointment regardless of how late they are running. Then try and reach the office mgr that's a joke. 3 weeks of calling weekly requesting to speak to mgr and no return call. I had to leave the practice d/t this as I was not able to be switched to a new provider after 3 weeks of requesting assistance.

I personally love the team of people that work at serenity health. I have been working on my mental health for decades now and I can honestly say that I found my home when it comes to mental health wellness!!! Mental health is real and you don’t have to fight the fight alone I highly suggest allowing yourself the help that is provided by them and you will find it a safe place to be vulnerable and real with educated people who truly care about your wellbeing!!! I could keep going on my experience with Serenity but the only way you can truly know how they can help you is by having your own experience with the Serenity health family!!!****PLUR***
