I was going to this clinic for around 7 years and I have nothing but negative things to say about Shoreline due to a former APRN I used to deal with and a clinician from my perspective that was too opinionated. Unfortunately I can't say everything that happened in this review because the review will be too long and can't be posted but to make a long story short, I was discharged due to cursing my clinician out only once and I cussed her out in an email because of a mixture of stress factors I was dealing with at the time, Me getting angry as part of my disability and mental health issues, med issues and needing to vent plus not wanting to hear to deal with my clinician's opinion and attitude at the time. Three days later after the cuss out I received a discharge letter from Shoreline's portal and both management and HR lied to me by telling me in the letter they don't have anyone that suits my needs plus they claim they can see that I was "angry and frustrated with my treatment plan" and to go somewhere else for anger management which they must think I'm stupid because on their website it saids they offer anger management services. First off I have screenshots showing that they claim that they do offer anger management services even though they make it sound like they don't in my discharge letter plus a screenshot of the letter itself showing what they said. Second I wasn't highly upset about my treatment plan at all. The reason why I was so upset was because I wasn't in the mood to hear an opinion and deal with an attitude that I received from my clinician in my final telehealth session that day. Due to what I mentioned and many other reasons, I cannot recommend this clinic and also agree with the other reviews saying that Shoreline is a cash grab and not about wellness at all. If you are serious about getting help I highly suggest you look somewhere else when it comes to mental health.

Im very greatful for the support and guidance my therapist Alex Iannotti has given me. I wasn't sure about starting therapy and it took me time to open up but Alex never made me feel judged. Alex really listens and makes you feel safe to be there. I feel like I'm making progress and she is teaching me new coping skills. I highly recommend Shoreline Wellness. Talking to a therapist can make a difference!
