For the love of God, why is the toilet paper holders like that? How do you even create a full stream of toilet paper with those holders??! You get one little piece of toilet paper, it doesn't flow!!! Everyone is nice, but when working with patients with trauma or mental health conditions there should be a little more awareness. I feel like sympathizing with patients should come easy, everyone seemed scripted.... and when asking questions, they were not really answered and answers were repeated instead of understanding what was asked.

I started therapy here when I was a sophomore in college. All the staff here are amazing and super helpful and friendly, even when I wanted to switch therapists. Would highly recommend starting here if you don't know where to start with the therapy search!
