Thuy was my executive coach during four or five separate engagements between 2011 and 2021 at Facebook. These engagements cumulatively lasted several years, and I have recommended Thuy to many other executives both inside and outside Facebook. Thuy has an impressive range as an executive coach and excels at identifying how to effectively challenge clients to make lasting changes in their approach or to expand the tools they use to solve specific types of problems. Most coaches are effective with only a few types of executives, but Thuy is an exception. Thuy worked with me on challenges facing organizations ranging in size from hundreds to many thousands, consistently offering insightful suggestions in addition to holding the mirror. If more coaches of Thuy's caliber were available, there would be far less bad management.
