We first came to Sprouting Minds in 2019 to get an evaluation for our daughter and again for a re-evaluation this year. Chantal provided a detailed report, along with diagnosis and educational plan. She began the process immediately, reaching out to the school and teachers to create a seamless launch. She made our daughter comfortable during her appointments and had feedback within a very reasonable amount of time. She had knowledge of the local schools and knew how to proceed implementing her individual educational plan (IEP). Our daughter's school also praised Chantal telling us she has the best reports they've seen and have full confidence when working with her. There is no doubt that Sprouting Minds is the number one choice amongst parents and schools.

**5 Stars - Exceptional Care and Insight** Dr. Mantini at Sprouting Minds has been an incredible support for our family. This was the second time he evaluated my 11-year-old daughter, and once again, he provided a thorough, thoughtful, and compassionate assessment. His ability to connect with her, truly understand her needs, and explain everything so clearly was remarkable. Thanks to his expertise, we received an accurate diagnosis and a comprehensive set of accommodations tailored to help her thrive both academically and emotionally. He took the time to listen, answer all our questions, and ensured we felt confident moving forward. We are so grateful for Dr. Mantini's professionalism, care, and dedication.
