I had a very disappointing experience with Spruce Psychiatric. The ADHD assessment felt extremely shallow and rushed. There was little effort to understand my history, symptoms, or how ADHD actually shows up in my daily life. Instead of conducting a thoughtful evaluation, I was asked what my primary care doctor had already tried and then offered essentially the same treatment again—without any meaningful discussion, diagnostic depth, or consideration of alternatives.

Maggie Frankino is Fantastic. I followed ELiza Brink from another practice. She set up this one. Powerful, insightful woman owned business focused on wellness of mind. Cannot say enough. I know they are here when I am in crisis.
