St. Louis Behavioral Medical Institute (Chesterfield Office)

I tried calling multiple times to reschedule my appointment but there is never anyone to pick up the phone at the front desk. The last time I called they picked up and I cancelled, but it was apparently within 24 hours so they charged me $80, even though I tried rescheduling before 24 hours. I also had a migraine the day of, and apparently being sick isn’t an acceptable reason to waive the cancellation fee. This business is horrible. I want my $80 back. Also, the first appointment with my therapist Juankee she was over half an hour late and couldn’t figure out how to turn on the video.

I should've read the reviews here before making an appointment. They are right. The office never answered the phone, always connecting to the voice msg. Our doctor's appointment lasted only 30 minutes. Their cancel policy (even if you are SICK) is unreasonable. We didn't feel like they care for clients. So, we are out.
