I was supposed to have a 1st evening appointment and was left waiting in their unstaffed waiting room for the full hour until the practitioner came to get her next client. Seeing me (sobbing & in crisis) and realizing her mistake she took me to her office for 5 minutes to let me know she would not be charging me and needed me to leave so she could see her client. There was no follow-up and no apology. That was 7 years ago and I still think about what an awful experience it was. It set me back years in seeking help.

Dr. Di Blasio was incredibly helpful to me a few years ago. She was supportive yet focused on solutions. I felt safe and validated.
