The receptionist did a terrible job with my appointment, I couldn’t fill out my Forms yesterday because they got my date of birth wrong and it was closed due to MLK day. Today I called and they fixed my date of birth and told me to wait 5 minutes to fill out my form, I did and DROVE to the office! I got there on time for my appointment and the office is closed. I called the phone number because I was confused as to why it was closed, the receptionist said that my appointment was cancelled because they needed to verify my insurance which is A LIE! my insurance was verified last week and yesterday I payed for my appointment $35! she also never said that my appointment was cancelled and she said that it was through the phone, none of that was mentioned went I called on the phone today before my appointment. I need to speak to a supervisor!

They didn’t believe me that I had ADHD and was on ADHD medication and after not even 20 minutes of getting to know me, this psychiatrist was asking me if i had bipolar, and I told her no multiple times, and yet she still kept on suggesting that i go on mood stabilizers all because i told her my mom has bipolar, but it skipped my generation. On top of that, I had to pay a crazy amount before my psychiatrist appointment and I have really good insurance so there was absolutely no reason for it to cost that much. With my new psychiatrist that I am using through a program called Klarity. She was easily able to pull up my records, and now I’m back on the medication that I am supposed to be on. But In regards to this program, I was extremely disappointed. Huge waste of money:/ but thank you for trying… I guess??
