Keith Gilmore has been a profoundly helpful coach for my partner and I. We needed assistance and guidance as we worked toward finding a way eventually live together: we were in a long-distance relationship and each of us has rich complex lives in our respective states. We didn't need couples therapy though (because we were truly aligned in our desire to be together) and all the other coaches we interviewed wanted to give us couples therapy! Keith really listened to us and met us with exactly the kind of help we needed. He has been knowledgeable and wise beyond his years, and a fabulous ally and spirit-mate to our relationship. We moved in together in record time (after only 6 months of sporadic coaching), and these days we continue to enjoy working with Keith as we tackle other important issues with his support (like end-of-life journeys for nuclear family members). l highly recommend him.

Keith is an incredible life coach. He has been so helpful to my wife and myself as we have had numerous life decisions and logistics to navigate. Keith has done an ideal job of really listening to us, affirming so many good things in our path, and helping us find our next steps. Keith's warm-hearted perspective, his incisive questions, and his ability to help us weave our own future has been incredible and just what we needed.
