The Anxiety Center

The Anxiety Center truly changed my life and I could not recommend them more highly. I participated in the Intensive Outpatient Program for anxiety and OCD. Everyone at the center is extremely kind and you can tell that they truly care about you. Everyone is enthusiastic and makes you feel like they are happy to see you. Staff at The Anxiety Center are very knowledgeable and the IOP consistently provided helpful information that is backed by science and research. My severe OCD was treated in a quick manner and I was provided with a strong foundation to remain free of OCD. Treatment was very personalized and everyone was always available to talk when I needed help, as I could always text who I was working with and they would respond quickly with helpful information. Not only has my OCD been treated effectively, but I have improved my life in other areas as well through the advice given by The Anxiety Center. I can not overstate how much I enjoyed my experience and how much my OCD improved. Anyone with OCD or anxiety should come to the center as the treatment provided is excellent and changed my life.

I joined Dr. Fite's OCD IOP in February 2025. I had been struggling with OCD since 6th grade. I was at the time, a junior in college. By the time I got to The Anxiety Center, I had been through three different therapists (including one "OCD Specialist"). Everything I had tried didn't work, and quite frankly, I was losing hope. But after my first day at The Anxiety Center, hope was on the path to restoration. I knew I was in the right place. The old adage, "people don't care what you know, until they know that you care" applies in two ways here. Not only does every single person at The Anxiety Center care deeply about each patient. But they also actually know what they are talking about. I generally find a lot of therapists care about their patients. But none of them have had the knowledge base needed to treat the severe conditions like the people at The Anxiety Center do. Lastly, I would like to share some milestones and results I have achieved since starting at The Anxiety Center. This is in an effort to help with some of the doubt prospective patients may be feeling. If somebody has been through multiple types of treatment, none of which has been successful, it would be normal for them to feel skeptical about trying yet another avenue, including coming to The Anxiety Center. I know this because I was in that boat. Regardless, in February of 2025, my OCD and depression had gotten so bad that I needed to drop out of my university and was recommended to go to an IOP by my current therapist. My father found The Anxiety Center and I started quickly. I did IOP and exposure work daily until the very end of May 2025. At that point, I graduated from IOP and started a sales internship for a very prestigious Fortune 500 company. Not only was I able to not only complete this internship, but I was one of the top interns in the Americas for my department. Dr Fite and his team continued to support me relentlessly throughout this summer as well. Upon completion of the internship, I have been able to return to school for my senior year of college and still graduate on time to graduate with a full time offer after school. Once again, with The Anxiety Center still by my side.
