I am absolutely grateful to both Aneta and mike for their support and guidance both individually and from a relationship aspect. I appreciate the ability to come weekly and have that time to navigate stuff. As a therapist myself, there’s a lot on our plates. I am so beyond grateful for these guys and giving me the space to just decompress! Thank you both from the bottom of my heart!!!

The Centered Life has been the best therapy I have ever been to! I find my therapist professional and really easy to talk to. She has been a lot of help. The place has a very comfortable setting. I would definitely recommend to family or a friend!
