First of all it isn't a place--it's a zoom call which is fine. My therapist is Gayle and she is so great--definitely 5 stars--the only reason for 3 stars is the volume and text I get from Thriveworks--it is ridiculous --they get 2 about your bill at least 3 about an quiz they want you to fill out about your state of mind and 4 more about reminders of your appointment---per week --I come on--I wanted to have you help me with my stress level not create more stress--oh by the way double those numbers cause they send you the same amount of texts.

Thriveworks completely scammed me. When I first called, they lied and told me my insurance would cover the sessions just to get me to book an appointment. Afterward, they went ahead and charged my card $210 under false pretenses — and then charged even more money later on without properly explaining why. I tried to get clarity and a refund, but all I got was the runaround and more excuses. This company is incredibly dishonest and misleading, taking advantage of people who are just trying to get help. I would never recommend Thriveworks to anyone. Be careful — they are not transparent and will take your money without warning.
