They immediately proceeded to screw up my appointment. I suspect that was only the tip of the iceberg. They refused to put me in contact with a manager to complain, just “oh I’ll take it”. There’s a barely coherent woman working the front phone that is able to do something one day (like transfer me to Deshawna), then doesn’t know how the next, (like transfer me to Deshawna who is actually capable of communicating)
