John Alvarez was very courteous, professional and understanding. He was very easy to talk with and listened very well. I didn't expect a counseling session to be so easy. John just let the conversation flow without any expectations or pressure. He also provided very positive feedback. We are going back for another session soon.

Had a first appointment (initial intake) scheduled with Evelyn Brewton also paying out of pocket. She never showed up, didn’t offer any reasoning nor did she try to contact me or even ask about my background, etc. Wouldn’t recommend at all! Imagine if I were having a crisis and your therapist never shows up! It took a lot of courage for me to try therapy again after only dealing with therapist that were not good fits just to deal with another that completely disregarded me, my time, and emotions.
