My therapist is excellent, I really feel listen to and she is helping me deal with a very difficult point in my life.

First time going to counseling/therapy. Very easy to use the platform for appointments and extremely happy with the therapist I chose. I was also very thankful that at the end of the first session she took all of the awkward out of the fact that this may or may not be a match. It was, but it would have been okay if I didn't feel the connection was good.
