I was doing therapy and my bad review is for the peolpe who do the insurance billing. I was in theraphy since last year and had no problems with the billing until recently. The last 2 sessions were charged to my debit card with out sending the bill to my insurance. I called for the first charge and i was told that it was fixed, this would not happen again and, that i should see a refund. Well it happened again and when I called I was told that someone made a mistake on there side but i would have to wait for both transaccions to be refunded 35 to 45 days. I told them it was ridiculous. I cancel all future appointments and call my bank. My bank will be doing the dispute for this transactions.

I have known Anastasia Kinsey for over 10 years. She is a thoughtful, responsible, caring woman and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist. She is exceptionally qualified in all areas of counseling, including trauma and individual/family counseling as well as school counseling. I highly recommend her.
