I have been working with Kelly and her team for the past two+ months and it is AMAZING to finally be getting support from an actual SPECIALIST for adult female neurodivergencies. After years of struggling and searching for answers on why things always felt harder for me to do than is should have, and why my health was tanking even though I was young and appeared physically fit, I FINALLY have the answers I have been seeking and it is all thanks to Kelly and her incredibly deep and thorough assessment process! We are currently working together to find the medication protocol that will help me the most, which is never as easy as a one size fits all. But throughout the entire process, Kelly has shared her plethora of information and has always been so incredibly understanding, supportive and informative, I have a true understanding of the what's and the why's of my life. She generously explains how and why women have historically been misdiagnosed (often times with anxiety and/or depression) instead of properly being diagnosed with what we actually have (such as ADHD, ASD, OCD, etc) which was definitely what had happened to me, prior to coming to Undivided Attention. Working with Kelly and team (shout out to the super awesome Darci ♡) has felt incredibly validating and empowering. I'm just at the beginning of my medication journey, and ALREADY I can see how this is going to be life changing. I cannot recommend working with Undivided Attention more - it has been so helpful in really understanding myself and my needs and it is honestly helping me up level my life to be much easier and calmer (as it should have always been if other health care providers hadn't gaslit me, misdiagnosed me and ignored the obvious signs of my neurodivergencies the way that others had for decades). I am eternally grateful for Kelly, her deep and always up-to-date knowledge and her willingness to help me find the best supports and solutions for my particular needs. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Because of her, I have a renewed sense of hope for the future. WORK WITH KELLY AND HER TEAM IF YOU CAN!!! It is beyond worth it!!! I genuinely cannot recommend her enough!!!!

I started seeing Kelly originally for ADHD and she has been fantastic! I was diagnosed as an adult so I felt that I had a lot to learn about the intricacies of the condition. We got me on a medication that worked for me and got me set up with materials that helped me greatly. After a while, I was also diagnosed with ASD which answered SO MANY questions about why I do/feel certain things and certain health related things I experience. She is a wealth of knowledge and it has been SO validating to learn about my ADHD/ASD. Something that I wasn't fully aware of when I started out on my neurodivergent journey is that these conditions affect girls/women differently than they do boys/men, which could be a reason this was overlooked in me (and many others) growing up. I can't recommend her enough - if you are looking for ADHD/ASD support definitely reach out - she has been wonderful! MJ has also been fantastic assisting in setting appointments and getting meds refilled. Communication with both is easy, and they make getting the care and support you need accessible, which is so important!
