My boys have been seeing Erin for 4 years now and I have so much adoration and respect for her. She is so approachable and gives such a laid back environment for anyone. She has never made me believe she's judging us in any way, goes out of her way to discuss urgent situations and adjust medication accordingly, and makes difficult dynamics as smooth as possible. I went to Walnut Creek with high expectations, mainly for Genesight testing. Testing was completed but results were never given or presented to me, despite the fact that I was told that they would present them "at my next appointment". During the 4+ weeks I was a patient at this clinic, my mental health spiraled out of control due to changes made to my medication which were not requested by me. I went for ADHD management and Genesight testing only. Instead, they said we would eventually get around to the ADHD medication adjustments, and then took it upon themselves to change my major mental health medications without Genesight testing, and this made me spiral out of control mentally for a period of several weeks. This caused unnecessary severe mental turmoil that was unnecessary. Finally, they changed my medications back to the way they were when I first visited and my mental health went back to the way it was before I ever walked in their door. I was told to continue coming back so they could adjust my medications several times, causing me to pay for several unnecessary visits. I would never visit this clinic again, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.
