referred here by the VA bcuz Serenity closer to town just didn't make the cut. i am intrigued on what is supposed to happen and will actually happen 🧐🤔

I don't write negative reviews lightly... Please stay away from this place. My provider was wonderful — attentive, direct, and exactly what I needed. I would personally give her 10 stars. However, the business operations are unacceptable. I decided not to continue with medication and canceled my "specialist" appointment, which they still charged me for. Later, I had to cancel additional appointments due to financial hardship and moving out of state. Despite canceling with their receptionist in 2024, I’ve been repeatedly billed for “missed” appointments I did not attend. When I called in February, I was assured everything was taken care of — yet now, nearly 10 months later, I’m receiving new bills for three “no-show” appointments that I canceled. This has been incredibly stressful, especially when I first sought care for my mental health. The billing practices here only made things worse.
