I appreciate Dr. Ko for taking the time and hearing out my situation in its entirety. He took time to carefully explain his evaluation and treatment plans for me. Once we agreed to a treatment plan Dr. Ko gave me his number and remained available even after hours to walk me through. I appreciated how I wasn't some one and done patient to him. I am more functional now and feel I'm making major improvements.

I usually don’t write reviews but I really wanted to thank Dr. Ko for helping my kid cope with his depression. He is one of the best psychiatrist in Los Angeles in my opinion if not the best. A little background: I went to MANY different prestigious hospitals including UCLA Psychiatry and other famous psychiatrists in the LA area (I will not mention their names here). Basically, long story short, they had misdiagnosed my son all this time and had given him medications that were completely wrong/different. After an initial consultation with Dr. Ko, he was able to provide us with the correct diagnosis (my husband and I were wondering why none of the meds seemed to be working for our son all this time and why our kid wasn’t getting better) and give us practical advice to help cope together as a family. Dr. Ko is so sincere, caring, and knowledgable. I am just writing this review to thank him. We are so grateful. Don’t waste your money elsewhere like what we did all this time. We are thankful but just annoyed we spent so much time, money, and energy elsewhere.
