My mom was admitted to the ER then taken to WBI. We had one family meeting. Therapist was great! However the communication after was minimal. I asked about a medication my mom had been on that wasn't on her med list at wbi. It was never looked into or given to her.

A family member recently utilized the services of WBI and I cannot express how great our experience was. Not only was she cared for with so much compassion, but I was invited for a family session with my loved one within just a few days. It was such a beneficial experience for us both and I am so happy with the path that WBI paved for my family member. The staff was caring, considerate and made her feel so valued.
