Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I called and sent multiple messages for over two weeks and never received a single response. The doctor did not even reply to the pharmacy regarding my medication. Leaving a patient without communication and without access to necessary medication is not only unacceptable, it is dangerous. This level of negligence puts patients’ health at serious risk. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who needs reliable and responsible medical care.

Dr. Kuan (and Roxana) have made me feel so comfortable and seen at their practice. This was my first time venturing into the world of medication and I’m so blessed to have been recommended to a doctor that really listened to my concerns. The treatment she put me on has been life changing and I am so grateful.
